At Logopedia, we believe in transparency and providing high-quality, individualized care for each client we serve. Below you will find our current rates for therapy, evaluations, and additional services.

Please note that home and community-based sessions have different rates due to travel and the nature of these services. Not all appointment requests can be guaranteed and scheduling is based on clinician availability.

Therapy

Standard session (45 minutes)

  • Studio-based or teletherapy: $240

  • Home/community based: $270

Evaluations

Standard Evaluation

  • $800

Includes evaluation in ONE of the following areas: articulation, voice, feeding, fluency, or auditory processing.

Comprehensive Evaluation

  • $1300

Includes a combination of receptive/expressive language + GLP, Pragmatic Language and/or Complex needs.

AAC Evaluation

  • $2900

Includes in person evaluation, dynamic assessment, and clinical trials with a loaner device.

independent educational evaluation (IEE)

  • Rate Varies

Our Independent Educational Evaluations are comprehensive assessments focusing on your child’s communication, language, and educational needs. Please contact us for a complimentary 15-minute consultation to learn more.

Reporting

Evaluative report

  • Free of charge as part of an evaluation

monthly superbill

  • Free of charge

All other reports

  • $200/hour prorated to the time of completion

These include progress reports, treatment plans, treatment summaries, and any documentation outside of a monthly superbill required by your insurance for reimbursement.

Consultations

Initial Consultation (prospective clients)

  • Complimentary - up to 15 minutes

CASE Consultation

  • $300/hour

This service is for families seeking more in-depth information or guidance regarding their child’s evaluation results or therapy plan. Professional consultations ensure you are equipped with the information you need to support your child.

AAC Setup consults

  • Initial Setup - $600

  • Follow-up AAC consults

    • 45 minutes - $250

    • 60 minutes - $325

      A note on AAC adjustments during therapy sessions: clinicians may make very brief, clinically necessary adjustments during therapy. Ongoing AAC programming is offered through scheduled AAC consults.

Care Coordination

  • Phone/video/in-person meetings & IEPs: $200 prorated per hour

This service is for families needing assistance with integrating care across multiple service providers (OT, PT, school, etc.). Care coordination allows us to collaborate with your child’s team to ensure seamless support across people and settings.

Scheduling, Billing and Payment Policy

  • Scheduling is based on availability and ongoing service slots.

  • All services are billed at the rates listed above.

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

  • Rates are subject to an annual adjustment to account for changes in the cost of living index.

  • For evaluations, payment plans are available upon request.
