NeuroNauts

A neuro-affirming camp for neurodivergent kids!

A Summer Camp where Neurodivergent Kids belong!

Welcome to NeuroNauts, a neuro-affirming, hands-on, unschooling camp designed for curious and creative minds! Our five-week summer experience is tailored for 8-12-year-olds who thrive in non-traditional learning environments. Led by three experienced neurodivergent clinicians, our camp prioritizes flexibility, curiosity-driven learning, and sensory-friendly support—without the rigidity of school-based instruction.

NeuroNauts is just the beginning of an exciting journey! We aim to grow this camp into a full-fledged unschooling academy that continues to embrace innovative and child-centered approaches to education. By joining us this summer, you’ll be part of our foundation—helping us shape a future where every child’s unique strengths are celebrated.

A non refundable deposit and registration form will be required to secure your child’s spot once accepted.

Funding and reimbursement options

Youth served through GGRC’s Lanterman Act services program may be eligible for full reimbursement of camp fees under the Social Recreation Services category. Families are encouraged to contact their GGRC service coordinator for guidance on eligibility and the reimbursement process.

Families participating in the Self Determination Program (SDP) may also be able to cover camp costs using allocated SDP funds if summer camp or social recreation services are included in the participant’s approved budget. Payment through SDP is coordinated through the family’s Financial Management Service (FMS), which issues payment directly to Logopedia. Families are responsible for confirming budget availability and obtaining the necessary approvals prior to enrollment.

Families enrolling for more than one camp week or referring another family who completes enrollment may receive a 10 percent discount on camp tuition. One discount per participant. Discounts apply in cases where families are responsible for direct payment and may not be combined.
